You can leave it on for 10 to 14 hours depending on the texture that you want your yogurt to be go to bed and wake up the next morning to find a serving of yogurt just for you. The jars come with lids to keep your yogurt all safe and cultured in the jars, this also adds to the ease of being able to store them into the fridge without worrying of them spilling all over the place.

Downsides
The jars are a little small, they only fit 5 ounces, but I guess a difference of 1 ounce is not going to hurt or leave a massive frown on your face.
The design could have been more fitting; I notice that the condensed vapor tends to roll down and out of the inside onto the front panel causing the illuminator of the rocker switch to die; you can avoid this by placing a dry towel around the end of the lid to gather the water.
Buy it, it’s going to last you more than it costs you
Why rush for anything more? You get the same results with this Koolatron TCYM-07 Yogurt Maker, it’s cheap and does not lack on quality, you still get your yogurt the way you made them to be, it’s a cheaper alternative to buying store grade yogurt, and also a cheaper alternative to a yogurt maker, it’s a great deal no matter how you look at it.
